Chicken Caesar Salad

It’s the perfect lunch salad. Toss this salad together within 5 minutes. It’s usually made as a quick night snack or even for a well-put lunch. This wonderful salad is only complete with some good tender chicken breast slices, made sous vide.

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, cooked sous vide

1 rinsed and sliced head of romaine lettuce

Some Caesar dressing

Some grated parmesan

Optional: Some croutons

Serving Size: 2

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 0 min

Instructions:

1. Make sure to grill the chicken cooked sous vide on either side for half a minute or an entire minute. Slice/dice the grilled chicken upon a good cutting board.

2. Toss the necessary dressing amount along with the diced grilled and sous vide chicken slices, lettuce as well as parmesan cheese. Do this in a medium-sized bowl. Toss with the croutons if you’re adding them to the salad.
