1 pound mackerel fillets, boneless

1 cup avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed

3 scallions, minced

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon avocado oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

A pinch of salt and black pepper

1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Directions:

In a sous vide bag, mix the mackerel with the avocado, scallions and the other ingredients, seal the bag and cook in the water oven at 180 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Divide the mix between plates and serve.
