Fastest Lunch Ever Smoothie

Serving Size: 1

Ingredients:

1 cup ice cubes

1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt, or a nondairy substitute

1 1/2 cups spinach

1 banana, peeled and chopped

1 cup green grapes

1/2 green apple, peeled and chopped

Directions:

Place ingredients in the jar of the blender in the order listed and pulse to get started. Blend until the desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.

Garden Veggie Smoothie

Serving Size: 2

Ingredients:

1 cup ice cubes

1 1/2 cups apple juice

2 cups kale leaves

2 cups spinach leaves (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons parsley

1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup fresh green beans

Directions:

Place ingredients in the jar of the blender and pulse to get the process started. Blend until the desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
