Still in character, Thomas continued with his cowboy impersonation. "Ah, that's just splendid! Bring it on over here quick, partner!"

The waiter, momentarily confused by Thomas’s theatrical Western tone, paused with a puzzled expression before placing the dishes on the table. "Enjoy your meal," he said, hesitating slightly as if unsure whether to play along with the jest.

Returning to his normal self, Thomas chuckled, "Thank you," he said with a nod, signaling an end to his brief cowboy performance.

Nancy shook her head, her earlier frustrations melting away in the face of Thomas’s lightheartedness. "Only you could mix a cowboy with a Persian dinner," she teased, picking up her fork.

With a wink and a final nod to his playful act, Thomas raised his glass once more, slipping back into his faux cowboy tone. "Here's to an evenin' of grand culinary delights and exquisite company, which is, of course, me!"
