Another day, another rest.

Time to take one final rest day to reflect on everything that has happened over the past 2 weeks. Do whatever you feel like doing whether on the list or not, with or without your partner. Today is about you and you need to make the most of it. After all, tomorrow is the end of the 14-day plan to get your sex life back to how it should be.

Day 14

Have a quickie.

Sex doesn’t have to be planned or scheduled. Sometimes it’s better to be spontaneous, no matter when it is or where you are. Keep things exciting. Have sex in the morning, afternoon or evening. It doesn’t have to take a lot of time and you don’t even need to reach orgasm! It’s healthy in a relationship to spontaneously show affection for each other and will end the programme with a smooth transition back in to your day-to-day relationship. Of course, you can repeat the plan if you found it enjoyable, or simply realise now how much your sex life has improved whether you keep following the plan or not!
