The Slaughter System
This rancid stench of segregation and apartheid emanates from courtrooms across our nation, and is subscribed to and perpetuated by major news organizations. What is the stench coming out of the courtroom? It is the rabid attempts by judicial tyrants on Court Street and Wall Street to steal the hard work and sweat equity of Main Street. In our current system, most parties are herded like cattle by courtroom clerks before judges at the morning “slaughter call,” as it is often called. What is the slaughter call? It is where pro se parties are proverbially slaughtered and their property taken all under the guise of law. And, this takes place under the “watchful eyes” of the court.
The “slaughter system” is used to victimize pro se parties, steal their property and do it all in the name of the law. This happens daily across our nation. We need to understand that there is a difference between constitutional due process and normal judicial process taking place in American courts today. In courts, the “judicial corruption process” is often the preferred method of handling pro se cases. Why? Because our court systems are clogged and there are just too many cases for judges to effectively manage. Hence, the normal process of obfuscating court procedures to prevent jury trials for pro se parties.
Courts should aptly be renamed “default central” for they routinely hold pro se parties in default. Often, summons are issued improperly to wrong addresses, and service of process is not actively conducted, but pro se litigants are held in default.
