My hand caresses his body as I watch his chest move up and down with each breath. My eyes shift to the scar on his rib cage. I'm reminded of the night he got it. It was a cheap shot by a guy from a rival biker gang. The man cracked open a bottle of beer against the edge of the bar and stabbed Maverick with the broken glass. Maverick ended up getting twenty-seven stitches that night.

I look up at this beautiful man next to me and catch him staring down at me. Our eyes meet, and I smile weakly at him. His hand comes up to brush against my cheek before he lowers his mouth to mine and his lips gently mold against mine in a soft, tender kiss.

"I love you, Melanie. I missed you, babe."

"I missed you, too, Johnny. I missed you so much. I know a lot of shit's been going on in the club, but I hated the distance between us lately."

My palms glide up his chest until I'm cupping the side of his face. "I don't want to lose you. If this isn't enough, let me know. We can try something different-"

"Shh, you're not gonna lose me, babe. Not now, not ever. This is enough, we are enough."

I want to say more but his lips on mine interrupt my thought process. I moan into his mouth, cherishing every brush of his lips until his mouth leaves mine again.

"Plus, today was fun, babe. You had a great idea with this role-playing shit. I wasn’t sure if it was going to go well or not, but seeing you on top of that beater, under the hot sun, and the drips of sweat sliding down your tits, I knew then that I could fucking role-play with you any day. You're hot, Mel. Always have been, but it's good to mix things up a little.

"I see my brothers getting ass everywhere we go, but I’d never do that to you, babe. No matter how tempting it is. Today, I realized you could be twenty ladies in one. I fucking loved it."

I smile up at Johnny, loving that today worked. We needed an adventure, we needed something new. Trixie was it, but now I could take off my Trixie hat and just be Johnny's old lady, Melanie.

"How long are you home for?"

"Not sure, babe. I think we'll have to leave on another run in a few days. Nothing too big though. I’ll only be gone for a day or two."

I lean in to kiss my man when I'm interrupted by pounding at our bedroom door.

"Yo, Prez. We've got a situation out here," one of Johnny's brothers yells through the door.

"I'm busy," Johnny shouts, pulling me into him and taking my lips with his.

No matter how much of Johnny's lips and body I get, I always want more. I groan into his mouth and shift over his body, straddling his hips and taking his length inside me, again.
