Winter Almond Bread

This easy bread recipe is perfect for those who love the flavor of squash. It will be great for lunch boxes and anytime snacks.

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 1hour 20 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups Almond Flour

¼ cup Unsalted Butter, softened

4 Organic Eggs, beaten

1 cup Winter Squash, peeled, seeded, cooked and mashed

Pinch of Natural unprocessed Salt

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F and grease a loaf pan.

Transfer the almond flour into a bowl.

In another bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and beat until well combined. Mix in the almond flour. Add 1-2 more eggs if the mixture appears too dry or a little more almond flour if the mixture appears too wet. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for about 80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
