Italian Garlic Salad

1/4 c. olive oil

1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 t. seasoned salt

1 head iceberg lettuce, torn

1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese or crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Whisk together oil, garlic and salt in a serving bowl. Toss with lettuce; top with cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
