While financial projections suggest the ability to spend merely tens of millions to capture multi-billion dollar markets, the numbers are largely theoretical. Nothing on this scale has been attempted before and the entirety of GMS' financial projections are based on a very simple business model – that a small private sector firm can more efficiently manage a government than corrupt politicians. Unforeseen consequences originating from established political power structures could easily render these projections null and void. They are merely presented as “ball park figures” to show any interested investor the “potential” GMS' could deliver.
