Fix & Go Swiss Steak

Makes 4 servings

1-1/2 lbs. boneless beef round steak, cut into serving-size pieces

1-1/2 oz. pkg. onion soup mix

2 14-1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes

cooked rice

Arrange steak in a slow cooker; sprinkle with soup mix. Pour diced tomatoes over top. Cover and cook on high setting for 4 hours. Serve over rice.
