The ability to have all aspects of the money on your project accessible from one module is extremely powerful and should be one of the modules that you refer to on a regular basis.

The next chapter will discuss one of the most complex modules within PCM, the Change Management module. The combination of this chapter and the next couple of them are the basis for all aspects of managing project costs, which is at the heart of PCM.
