75. Lunch Potato Salad

Servings: four

Ingredients:

•2-pound red potatoes, halved

•2 tablespoon olive oil

•Salt and black pepper to the taste

•2 inexperienced onions, chopped

•1 crimson bell pepper, chopped

•1/3 cup lemon juice

•three tablespoon mustards

Directions:
