Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

4 cups chicken, cooked and sliced into cubes

2 cups cheddar cheese soup

3 cups spinach, chopped

1 cup light mayonnaise

1 cup milk

4 cups cooked pasta

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1 cup bacon, cooked crispy and chopped

Method:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl, mix chicken, cheddar soup, spinach, mayo and milk.

Add pasta to a baking pan.

Pour chicken mixture on top.

Bake in the toaster oven for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top.

Bake for another 10 minutes.
