2 onions

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon acacia honey

1 tablespoon paprika

200 g cherry tomatoes

100 g of Paris mushrooms

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Salt pepper

DIRECTION:

Wash the lemon under running water, sponge it, and squeeze it.

Peel the onions, slice them. Peel and slice the clove of garlic.

Cut the seitan into cubes.

Mix honey and lemon juice, add oil and paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange the seitan, onions, and garlic in a dish and sprinkle with the marinade. Allow in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
