What You Need:

2 tbsp. pumpkin (canned is optional)

¼ cup applesauce

3 tbsp. rolled oats

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

2 tsp ground flaxseed

3 tbsp. almond milk

1 tbsp. peanut butter

¼ tsp cinnamon

3 tsp raisins

How to do it:

Grease a microwave-safe baking dish or bowl and combine all ingredients thoroughly inside. Microwave for 4-6 minutes. Set aside to cool, serve and enjoy.
