Hawk leaned his arm over his head against the window frame and watched Micah sitting outside playing with Delta. He had only had two hours sleep and it was over an hour since he had heard Micah leaving the room. “Damn!”

“Talking to yourself, babe?” Creed’s arms wrapped around his waist and his chin rested on Hawk’s shoulder. Hawk loved that they were almost the same height and that they fit together so well.

“Did he have a nightmare?” He should have noticed that Micah wasn’t sleeping, damn it.

They watched as Delta came racing up the yard and landed in Micah’s lap, sending him crashing backward with an armful of dog. Laughter drifted in through the slightly open window.

“No.” Creed shook his head and kissed the side of Hawk’s neck, making him shiver. He pressed his half hard dick into Hawk’s ass.

“Seriously?” Hawk turned his head, so he could kiss Creed. “How are you not worn out?”

“I am but…” Creed allowed his voice to trail off. “It kinda feels weird not to have the two of you in there with me.”

“It’s not weird if that’s how you feel, Cree.” Hawk laced his fingers with Creed’s, keeping the other man pressed up against his back as they watched Micah and Delta play.

“Do you want me to ask him to come in?”

“Nah,” Creed whispered softly, “let them play for a while. It’ll do him good. I’m hungry. Just keep holding me for a couple more minutes then I’ll order pizza.”

Hawk flexed his fingers in Creed’s. “Always, babe, always.”
