Planning Tips - For the Meeting:

•Use a space that has what you need (projector, white board, flip chart, etc.).

•The mentee should draw out / explain what their business looks like (possibly using something like the Business Model Canvas).

•The mentor should ask questions - real time -- instructional questioning.

•The mentee should journal feedback from the mentor to review after the meeting.

•If comfortable consider sharing personal issues that are impacting the business.

•Put in place a follow up plan (who will do what, by when).

Take a snap shot for reference. This acts as a review tool and a place to pick up on going forward.
