Ingredients for 4 people:

175 ml coconut flour

2 tablespoons of ground psyllium husk powder

½ teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of salt

75 ml of melted coconut oil

475 ml of boiling water

Coconut oil for frying

sea-salt

Garlic Butter

110 g butter

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Preparation :

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil, then add boiling water and stir thoroughly. Divide into 6 or 8 parts and shape into balls that you place with your hands directly on parchment paper or on the kitchen counter.
