Hamborgara Búllan Burgers €

Bæjarins Beztu Hot Dogs €

Use the vital sentence Eina meÐ öllu (One with everything) to get the quintessential favourite with sweet mustard, ketchup and crunchy onions.

oMessinn Seafood €€

The speciality is amazing pan-fries where your pick of fish is served up in a sizzling cast-iron skillet accompanied by buttery potatoes and salad. The mood is upbeat and comfortable, and the staff friendly.

oMatur og Drykkur Icelandic €€

It’s the brainchild of brilliant chef Gísli Matthías AuÐunsson, who also owns excellent Slippurinn in the Vestmannaeyjar, and creates inventive versions of traditional Icelandic fare. Book ahead in high season and for dinner.
