During WWII, Navy rear Admiral Ricco Botta was one of the primary people who helped the US establish its secret space program. Under the orders of James Forrestal, secretary of the Navy, Admiral Botta created, implemented and directed a full scale plan which not only included gathering information on ET craft but also included building them. Admiral Botta was overseeing a group of 29 spies that were embedded in Nazi Germany. From 1942 to 1946 they gathered information about the anti-gravitational technologies and spaceships that the Nazis had acquired from the reptilians and Zeta greys. The spies brought back pictures and information about ET technology and Admiral Botta had packets and briefs made up containing the information about the different spacecraft and technologies that he and the US Navy wanted to see developed in the states. Whistleblower, Bill Tompkins, was assistant to Admiral Botta. Tompkins took these packets and briefs around to different leading aeronautics and aerospace companies such as Lockheed Martin/Skunk Works, McDonnell Douglas and Boeing, etc. for development. It was through these companies that the US Navy dispersed all the information that they had acquired on ET spacecraft in order to have a nation of think tanks figure out how to back engineer the ET craft.
