Treat Your Injuries

Injuries can be more than just painful; they may actually slow you down and stop you from reaching your destination. If you're going to get out of your situation alive, you have to treat the injuries. Simple first aid will be enough to deal with basic injuries, but sprained ankles, broken bones, and more serious injuries will require more attention.

You need to treat those injuries or at least stop them from slowing you down. Bandage those wounds before they can get infected and splint up that arm or leg. Protect the injury and keep moving as much as you can. It may be the only way you'll get out of the situation alive.
