The Stolen Medallion

“That’s a bummer!” Cornilius said with a sullen face after I explained to him what the sea turtle said. The other two looked equally disheartened.

Now that I’d returned safely, Aiden dried his clothes instantaneously and then proceeded to do the same to mine.

“We should talk to Jackson again to see if he knows who might have stolen the medallion,” Aiden said.

“If he didn’t know anything about this fountain or the hidden medallion, how could he know who stole it?” Brandon asked.

“Do you have a better idea?” Aiden asked his brother, who shook his head. “Even if Jackson doesn’t know anything about the medallion, since he’s part of the council, he’d know if anything unusual happened around the station.”

“I agree with Aiden,” I said. “We can head over to the living quarters and look for where Jackson and Henry live.”
