1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2In a bowl, combine the ingredients from the first section.
3Add the ingredients from the second section. Wait for a light frothing to occur (just for fun), then mix well.
4Mix in the ingredients from the third section until combined.
5Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat — otherwise, everything will stick.
6Drop spoonfuls of dough to create beautifully round energy cookies.
7Bake for about 15 minutes.
8Transfer the baked cookies to a cooling rack, and bask in their mouthwatering aroma. Yum, yum, yum! These are the best post-workout treats.
