Oh… My… God. It was like being deflowered for the first time all over again. Forget whatever that was back in high school. What I had just experienced at the mercy of Conor Murphy would stay with me forever. Sated, filled and deliciously sore. I’d never felt better in all my life.

“Conor…” I murmured as I traced the length of his arm with my fingers.

He slowly opened one eye and looked at me. “I want you to drive me to the bus.” I told him, still cradled in his strong arms.

“What about your father Ava? He’s expecting you to do what he said.” He cautioned.

“I know I fucked up, but I won’t let him ruin this vacation for me. Besides, he does that. He flies off the handle easily and ends up softening up later on. It’ll be fine.” I assured Conor.

It wasn’t fine; I knew my dad would kill me for this decision but the reality was… I wanted more time. No. I needed more time with Conor. I wasn’t ready for this to be a one-of-a-kind experience. Not that I was stupid. I didn’t think he’d fall in love and make babies with me. This situation was wrong in every way and besides, Conor Murphy was not that kind of guy. What had happened between us had been incredible but I wasn’t naïve enough to think it could be more than that. But still… I wanted more time.

“Ava…” His deep raspy voice filled with concern. “I don’t know if this is a good decision. Pretty sure your dad will chop my balls for this, given the chance.”

“I’m an adult Conor. Either you help me, or I’ll go out and find the bus by myself.” I held back the smile that threatened to cross my face as I threw the blankets off and walked naked into the bathroom. I could feel his eyes boring into my naked ass and I purposefully swung my hips as I walked.

Within seconds he was behind me, his rough hands caressing my naked body and sending shivers up my spine. “Fine, you crazy girl. I’ll help you. But only because I think travelling around a foreign country with no money or I.D is a terrible choice.”

Gotcha Conor Murphy.

“Just understand one thing okay?” His voice became stronger and suddenly his eyes seemed to lose that playful sparkle. Let me make something clear to you. This thing between us… it’s not anything more than just this. I will help you find that bus, but when I do, I will put you on it and that will be the end for us. Understood?”

My head nodded as I chewed my lip. I know… I know…

We showered and dressed more quickly than I would have liked, but we needed to get on the road and catch up to the bus. I knew the plan was to get to Belfast and spend a few days there so I was confident we would make it before they moved on.
