For each activity, indicate the completion period as well as the person responsible. Use the position as opposed to an actual individual name. For example, instead of putting Jean Usher as the person responsible, indicate “event coordinator,” or “project coordinator” or whatever the title of the person who will be held accountable for the completion of a specific task. See Box 12.7 for a sample calendar of implementation.
