Commercial Invoice

Packing list

Certificate of Inspection

Certificate of origin

Bill of lading (if shipment via sea) or Airway bill ( if shipment via air)

Mate receipt (captain of ship signs this, this is an optional document)

Apart for this, Importer can ask for few more documentations from Exporter

Q. How will exporter send documents? How exporter will receive payments?

Ans: Exporter will send documents to his bank, its Exporter bank who will send documents on behalf of exporter and will bring payment from Importers bank and provide to exporter. Both Banks will earn little commission.
