When working with date values, it's important to use the correct timezone to prevent query errors.

By default, Elasticsearch uses the UTC milliseconds as the epoch to store datetime values. To better handle the correct timestamp, there are some parameters that can be used, such as the following:

time_zone (or pre_zone) (optional), which allows for defining a timezone offset to be used in the value calculation. This value is used to preprocess the datetime value for the aggregation. The value can be expressed in numeric form (that is, -3) if specifying hours or if minutes must be defined in the timezone a string representation can be used (that is, +07:30).

post_zone (optional), which takes the result and applies the timezone offset.

pre_zone_adjust_large_interval (default: false) (optional), which applies the hour interval also for day or above intervals.
