3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tofu, sliced into cubes

½ green bell pepper, chopped

⅓ cup sweet and sour sauce

⅓ cup plum sauce

Instructions:

1. Cook the noodles according to package directions.

2. Drain and set aside.

3. Add the olive oil to a pan over medium high heat.

4. Cook the tofu cubes until golden on all sides.

5. Stir in the onion and peppers.

6. Cook while stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
