I think he was planning 25...Qc1† 26.Kg2 Bh3†, but the following line is very concrete: 27.Kxh3 Rxe8 28.Bxf7†

Kh8 29.Bxe8 Qf1† (29...Qc8† is not a challenge, since after 30.Kg2 Qxe8 31.Qxb7 White simply wins) During the game I saw that 30.Kh4! was a clean win. After 30...Be7† 31.Kg4 Qe2† 32.f3 Black has nothing.
