Also deselect the Promoted to front page checkbox. We'll let the moderator determine whether a post should be promoted to the home page of the site when they publish it.

Click on the Save content type button to update the blog entry type.

With this setting turned off, all posts will need to be manually approved. You can view all of the posts that need to be approved in the Content screen which is accessed by selecting Content from the toolbar menu.

To view only those posts that require moderation, change the status field to not published, and click on the Filter button.

Drupal will show only those items that should be moderated, as shown in the following screenshot:
