2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine or butter and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread over cake in jars.

2 1/2 cups all-purpose-flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups applesauce
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans
