I felt like I was in a dream, one that included a man old enough to be my dad who had a body built by the Gods and wore a cowboy hat just to show off. I opened my eyes when he broke our kiss and melted as I stared into his cognac embellished eyes. My knees grew weak, and he wrapped his arm around my waist as he brought me into his chest.
He smelled just like I imagined. An earthy, musky tone, with hints of wood and leather. He leaned in to nibble at my ear before dragging his nose along my cheek. It tickled, and I let a giggle roll off my tongue. Our game of nips and kisses was interrupted as his phone chimed.
I placed my chin on his chest and traced a finger over the black ink line hidden behind his polo collar. I asked myself if I was insane because only a crazy person would fall head over heels for a person they didnât know. I watched his Adam Apple bob up and down as he spoke and trailed my eyes down the side of his body. He stood out like a sore thumb in my room. Like he didnât belong, and being here was all sorts of wrong, but being in his arms felt right.
âBaby girl, Daddy has to take care of some business.â He said before shoving his phone back into his pocket. He caressed my scalp before placing a soft kiss on my forehead. âBut the day is still young, and I have to eat lunch sometimeâ¦.â
I shrugged and gently plucked at the fabric of his shirt, âDo you want to eat lunch with me?â
âI think you know the answer to that birthday girl.â He slid his thumb across my bottom lip before letting his hand drop. âYouâre mine now. You belong to me. Okay?â
I shuddered as his fingers found the crotch of my panties and nodded. My fingers dung into the skin of his arm as he moved the fabric aside and slid a finger up and down my wet folds. I wanted to beg and plead for him to take me, but the fear of my dad walking through the front door forced me to swallow my moans.
He removed his fingers and slowly brought them to his lips. âFuck, I canât wait to eat whatâs mine.â
My legs dared to surrender under me as he crashed his mouth against mine and released just as abruptly. We exchanged numbers with the promise of seeing each other in a few hours. I watched as his heavy boots made new imprints on the carpet as he walked out of my room, and I stood there like a statue. My mind was a mess, and my heart was filled with emotions I had never felt before. Forcing myself out of my frozen state, I stood at the top of the staircase and powered down them once I realized he had left his hat on the post, but he was already pulling out of the driveway when I flung open the front door.
