Chapter Seven

Baxter

After we are dressed, we make our way into the kitchen.

"Oh, my wow! Look at this kitchen. I bet it is a dream to work in." Clementine gushes as she basically pets the damn counter. Laughing, I shake my head.

"It gets the job done." She looks at me like I am crazy.

"The job is done. What are you talking about? I would kill to be able to cook in this kitchen every day." I immediately see the opportunity to make both of us happy.

"You could use it during the day, if you'd like." I hedge not wanting to scare her off. The thought of her in my house, where I’d get to see her every day, get to know her better, sounds fucking perfect to me. Her mouth pops open in a perfect O shape.

"Really? You'd be okay with me working here? I won’t be in your way?" she asks me nervously. I walk over to her and put my hands on her hips. Her hands automatically come to rest on my chest; she bites her lip and looks up at me through her dark lashes. God, it’s only been ten minutes and I am already hard as a rock. I’m ready to fuck her but right now I need her to know that I want her here because I like her company and want to get to know her not just fuck her into an oblivion though that will be an added bonus.

"If you haven't noticed, I kinda like you little lamb. I'd love having you here." She blushes prettily.

“I kinda like you too, you really wouldn't mind me being here? I don't want to interrupt you or distract you.” I pull her tighter to me until her chest is against her hands trapping them against my chest

“You’d be the best kind of distraction sweetheart,” I say right before kissing her. She melts into me and is practically purring like a kitten. Her stomach growls loudly interrupting the plans of making her my next meal. I reluctantly pull away and she pouts. “You can have more kisses later, food first.”

“Okay, I’ll cook if you want to go get the stuff from outside?”

“Deal.” After I show her where everything is, I kiss the top of her head before heading outside. I need to make two trips to grab everything. Luckily, it stopped raining, so I don’t get soaked again. On my first trip I brought the food and wine and made sure I kicked our wet clothes to the side, so I don’t fall on my face coming back into the house. When I walk back into the house on my second trip, I hear music echoing through the house along with a very off tone Clementine singing along. If I'm not wrong, I believe it's I’m sexy and I know it or something like that. This song was always on the radio like nine or ten years ago and I do have to admit it has been stuck in my head on more than one occasion.
