For the cream:

With a rod mixer, mix the butter with the essence until you get a cream, reduce the speed and include the sifted icing sugar and the milk. When everything is well mixed, increase the speed to maximum and mix at least 5 minutes more. The longer the mixing time, the better will the cream texture be.

Place the mix in a pastry sleeve and decorate the cupcakes; decorate with color pellets.
