4 lettuce leaves

2 tbsp coriander, chopped

1 lime, sliced

½ cup shredded cabbage

1 tbsp fried onion

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tsp cayenne

1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

Cut the cod fillets into 2 inches cubes.

Coat the cod cubes in salt, cayenne, ginger, garlic, fried onion, and olive oil.

Wrap them in aluminum foil. Steam them for 15 minutes.

Arrange the lettuce leaves, carrot slices, lime slices and coriander leaves on a serving plate.

Add the steamed fish on top. Serve hot.
