Spicy Onion Curry

Description : Onion & banana chilli dry curry

Recipe:

In a CookBot, layer as below:

1. 200g diced onion petals

2. 100g chopped banana chilli

3. 1/2tsp salt, 1/4tsp each (chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder), 1/8tsp turmeric

Close, ensure the vent is closed. Click >> Menu >> Cara mode

Once the bot beeps and OFF is displayed. Release pressure by changing the vent to right or left / by pressing middle button

Open, mix in 1Tbsp chopped cilantro & serve

Replace / Supplement :

1. Onion with shallots

2. Banana chilli with any fav chilli variety

3. Chilli powder with any fav spice mix

Tips :

1. Make sure spice powders do not touch the base of the Cookbot

2. Can adjust spices as per preference

3. Can mix in bottled tadka

4. Can drain the excess oil
