2 cups spaghetti

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

2 tbsp spring onion, chopped

1 onion, sliced

Salt and pepper

4 tsp olive oil

1 tsp ginger powder

1 red chili, sliced

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a pan, add the olive oil.

Fry the onion and chicken cubes for 5 minutes. Add some salt, ginger and pepper.

Boil the spaghetti for 6 minutes. Drain.

In a casserole dish, add the chicken cubes.

Top with spaghetti. Add the cheddar on top.

Add red chili, spring onion and seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
