Chris left soon after he finished breakfast. He had school to attend, so he couldn’t afford to stay long. Since he cooked breakfast and needed to leave quickly after eating, Silva decided to clean the table, but once that was done, she and Kuro sat on the couch and she turned on the TV. There weren’t any good cooking shows, so she flipped on Netflix and turned on The Seven Deadly Sins.

Outside of watching Chef Ramsay, that was her favorite show right now.

She was on season 2.

“Chris…” Kuro began as the opening theme song began playing. “He’s a really good guy, isn’t he?”

“Chris is a great person,” Silva agreed. She glanced at Kuro out of the corner of her eye. The other catgirl wasn’t watching the anime but staring at her. She turned back to the TV. “When he first found me after I had run away from Markus, he treated my injuries, fed me good food, and looked after me as I sorted through my issues. He never pushed me for anything and always gave me a handed when I needed it.” A smile blossomed unbidden on her face. “That’s why I fell in love with him.”

“It has nothing to do with his dick?” asked Kuro.

“His dick came later,” Silva admitted before freezing. She glanced at Kuro, who also seemed to realize what she had just said.

“Ah…” The dark-skinned woman’s throat seemed to close up as she raised her hands in the air like she was warding Silva off. “Please forget I said anything.”

Silva didn’t say anything, but she didn’t really have to. She understood that Kuro had watched them last night from the other catgirl’s words alone.

To be fair, they hadn’t been quiet, and she had known Kuro was on the other side of the living room. Part of her embarrassment last night stemmed from this fact. However, while the idea of her friend hearing what she was doing embarrassed her, it had also added extra stimulation to her senses. Knowing Kuro could hear what they had been doing, wondering if the woman would peek on her and Chris while they had sex, imagining her doing it… these thoughts had aroused her as much as they ashamed her.

Maybe she really was becoming a pervert.

“Do you like Chris?” Silva suddenly asked.

“Huh?” Kuro looked startled by the question, but she settled down a few seconds later, rubbing her thighs together as she tried to answer. “Well… I mean, I don’t know him that well, but he seems like a nice person. Er, uh… I guess you could say I like what I know about him so far?”

Silva nodded. “Do you like him enough to become his catpanion?”

“Excuse me?” Kuro asked.

“Do you want to be—”

“I heard you the first time.” Kuro raised a hand to stop Silva from repeating herself. “Sorry, I was just shocked you’d ask me that.”

“Why are you shocked?” asked Silva, tilting her head.

“No particular reason, I guess. It just came so suddenly, you know?” Kuro crossed her arms defensively.
