- 1 muffin

- 1 turkey sausage patty

- 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

In a skillet pour egg and cook on low heat

Place turkey sausage patty in a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side

On a toasted muffin place the cooked egg, top with a sausage patty and cheddar cheese

Serve when ready
