Dissolve the yeast in warm water in a big bowl. Add 5 cups of flour, egg yolk, eggs, salt, oil and honey, then beat it until it becomes smooth. Mix in enough leftover flour until a stiff dough forms.

Flip it onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 6 to 8 minutes, until it becomes pliable and smooth. Put it in a greased bowl and flip it once to grease the top. Put cover and allow it to rise for about an hour in a warm area, until it doubles.

Punch down the dough. Flip it onto a lightly floured surface. Split and shape the dough into your preferred shapes. Put cover and allow it to rise for about 40 minutes, until it doubles.

Beat cold water and egg white, then brush it on top of the dough. Let it bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until it turns golden brown in color. Take it out of the pans, then transfer it to wire racks.
