G race keeps pulling away from me and it’s bothering me. Why does this information bother her so much?

“I’m out of your league Sam. I can’t...” She starts to turn away, but I trap her arms and pull her back against me.

“Fuck that! You weren’t out of my league when my head was between your legs - we had a deal, Grace.” Her eyes shift as if to ask what kind of deal, but I put my head down on the pillow without offering an explanation. She takes a moment before sitting up.

“But you’re building my house - do I have to find another company now?”

I shake my head. “No sweetheart, I'm still building your house.” And I'll have so much fun doing it. Even if I don't use her money for this home - because it's not just for her it's for us.

Before she can question me any further, I speak again.

“Let's go to bed Grace - we can talk about this in the office tomorrow morning.” With that, she turns around and lays on the bed with her plump ass facing me. Pulling her close against me, I feel a warmth fill me as I drift off to sleep.

I awoke to the sweet sound of soft pattering rain outside. The momentary bliss was shattered when I turned to find Grace already awake and staring at me with glazed eyes. She gave me a new toothbrush while tending to her cat, Whiskey. The guest bathroom door clinked shut behind her as she disappeared within its confines.

Grace emerged dressed in a plain tank top and jeans, but still too scrumptious for mere mortals such as myself. Ever since my confession last night, that I was wealthy beyond measure, she has acted strangely. But I will spend every day of my life reassuring her of my love.

"Ready?" Grace asks, as she grabs her purse.

I nod, before pulling her into an embrace filled with the unspoken promise of unwavering dedication.

“Grace, please.” I plead with her, feeling frustrated by how uncomfortable she acts around me now.

“I’m sorry, I just… You’re insanely rich. And why are you so filthy all the time with that much money?” I chuckle at the question.

“It's because I respect everyone who works for my company. My wealth hasn't changed me and it never will.”

“I’m afraid you’ll get bored with me,” Grace finally confesses.

My patience snaps like a twig underfoot and I glare at her incredulously for daring to question our bond.

“Okay, sweetheart, let’s go back to bed. Obviously, I didn’t fuck you good enough last night. Let's fix that."

Grace shakes her head nervously, but I can tell she's hiding something.

“No, no please. I really want to see the floor plans for my new house," she says with bubbling excitement. I force a smile, because I'm scraping away at those existing plans. The dream home I'm building for her is something special. And I'm telling the billing department to refund her money--I don't need it to build this goddess a fortress.
