We finish our set and do one encore performance. Leaving the crowd chanting our names and screaming, some even crying. As we exit the stage, Rivers touches the hands of all the people up front, leaving some women begging to be noticed. We stop and sign autographs and take a stand for some photos before security rushes us back to the bus.

The moment we are back on the bus, I take a relaxing breath, feeling more like myself. I quickly move to the living room because I know Simon will be here in a few to tell us it’s time to meet the fans who paid a small fortune to meet us in person. Grabbing my phone, I text Clara.

Me: Did you like the concert?

Sweets: I did and so did Everett, it was exhilarating. Your voices are amazing.

Me: You looked sexy as fuck in that bikini.

Sweets: Thank you.

Me: Did you want to come to the bus?

Sweets: Don’t you have fans to meet?

Me: Yes, but I would rather you were here when we were done, please come.

Sweets: OK, I will be there soon.

Smiling, I look at the guys who are staring at me with curiosity. “What has you smiling?” Geddy finally gives in and asks.

“Clara, she’s coming to the bus and is going to wait until we are done and hang out.”

Rivers looks at me hard. “I thought we agreed that we didn’t want her seen with us?”

“If she is not seen getting on the bus, she should be fine.”

Sighing, Rivers shrugged. “This is on you if some asshole is lurking around trying to look for dirt or some way to exploit us.”

Shit, I hadn’t thought about that and the paparazzi are brutal; they are always trying to make a quick buck. The knock on the door has me jumping. I watch as Clover goes over to open the door, revealing Simon.

“Two things. One, Clara is heading this way with Everett, I re-routed them, so they are better hidden from prying eyes and two, it’s time to get out there and sign autographs, hug your fans and take photos.” Simon smiles at us and sweeps his hand towards the door, basically telling us we need to get our asses moving.

We step out and move around to where the security is set up and we see that a white table has been placed near a bunch of security members. The table has four chairs and a stack of albums for us to sign. Sighing, I follow along behind the guys, wishing I got to see Clara before we had to do this.

Clover slows his pace until he is next to me. “Vix smile, don’t let them catch you looking sour. This only lasts an hour; we can get through this. I want to see them both too.” He elbows me, making me smirk at him, before I kick my foot out, making him fall into Geddy who is barely able to keep himself standing.

“What the fuck, Vix.” Rivers whispers shouts back at us, “Stop behaving like a child.
