Let me give you an example for each of these:

Append Suffix to File/Table Name

This is going to output to the tables / files for each value in your selected and the names of each of the tables / files are going to be whatever you set as the source name on your data connection.Let’s say you chose “Test” as the main source name. What you would see if we used our SalesTerritoryGroup example would be the following tables: (see Figure 4-20)
