The wooden observation tower contains a chest. This is also a good location from which you can shoot at enemies from above.

Be sure to locate the chest hidden within the tree near the movie set. There may also be an additional chest in the rowboat that’s floating in the swamp. While reaching it, however, you’ll be out in the open and vulnerable to attack, so proceed with caution.
