“Castor oil! Yuck!” cried Princess Viniver, Mrs. Green, and the bird. They tossed the bottle of castor oil back out.

“What on earth was that?” asked the Hooty Witch.

Fred told the Hooty Witch the whole story.

“No wonder your tummy hurts!” she said. “Castor oil won’t help. We need to go see the Giant.”

“Oh, no!” cried Princess Viniver, Mrs. Green, and the bird. “Not the Giant!”

“It’s for your own good,” said the Hooty Witch.

“I suppose swallowing us was for our own good, too,” said Mrs. Green.
