Baby Prune Rice

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cup water

½ cup brown rice

12 prunes

Directions:

Blend rice until it turns into powder

Place water in a pot and boil on high heat

Pour rice powder and prunes into pot and stir

Place prunes and rice into blender and blend

Serve

Lentils Baby

Ingredients:

½ onion, chopped

½ carrot, chopped

1 tablespoon butter

¼ lentils, sliced

1 ½ cup water

Directions:

Place onions, carrot, lentils in a pot with water

Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Ensure vegetables are tender

Blend to puree and serve
