Bridge

• Hold for 2 counts and return to starting position

• Lying on the back, knees bent and off the floor

• Pull the bellybutton into the spine and gently lift the buttocks off the floor

• Lower and repeat

• Difficulty can be increased by straightening the legs as shown on fig. 2
