Method:

1. Stir fry onion and jalapeno in a large sauce pan with oil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic.

2. Increase the heat then pour in broth. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes than add chicken. Cook for about 3 minutes until chicken is cooked all throughout.

3. Add salsa then allow mixture to simmer. Season with salt and pepper to liking. Serve hot.
