In the meantime, steam the bell peppers until soft. Set aside on a separate plate and sprinkle over a few drops of lemon.

Sautée onion in coconut oil. When brownish, add sesame powder. Lower to low heat.

Add vegetarian broth, stir well, add basmati rice, alga and bell peppers. Mix well and turn off the heat.

Add a few drops of soy sauce and salt to taste. Enjoy!
